The registration of a company in Switzerland requires the submission of various documents, including the Article of Association and all other legal guidelines required by law to ensure that your business is operating within the rules of the law.

  • If applicable, a document proving your bank account details;
  • For companies established through NectarTrust, we also need an incorporation deed signed by at least two directors (or shareholders) together with their passports/ID cards or residence permits (as applicable).
